A message from Councillor Adam Hicken:
I’m absolutely fuming 
I have spoken with the Council this morning and pushed for extra measures to prevent this from happening. The Police have also been out to examine the vehicle.
I will be speaking with the Council in the coming days to stress the importance of having further defences on Coppice Farm and other green spaces in the area. It appears that the children involved had come from Ashmore Park, and we cannot allow our area to be used as a dumping ground.
